The owner describes his Chicken Hot Pot as a refined type of steamboat. The dish is prepared with 1kg free-range chickens, garlic, onions, coriander, Szechuan pepper and more than 10 types of spices. There is a method of consumption too: first, sample the rich and flavoursome chicken pieces, then add in clear soup or spicy soup according to your preference, and cook your individual vegetables.
